Inground Scissor ECOLIFT

ECOLIFT is the industry’s original ultra-shallow, full-rise axle-engaging inground scissor lift.

Available in a 2, 3 or 4 scissor configuration, with a total lifting capacity of 60,000 lbs., 90,000 lbs., and 120,000 lbs. respectively – at 30,000 lbs. per scissor.

Ultra-Shallow Construction

The ECOLIFT's shallow-pit construction has a depth of just half of the lighting height. With an installation depth of 34", the ECOLIFT is ideal in installations with high water tables, unstable soil, or thick bedrock foundations.

Easy Installation

Not only is the installation depth extremely low, the ECOLIFT arrives on site pre-assembled and tested. The ECOLIFT is a drop-in/bolt-in deisng, which makes installation a breeze. Additionally, the ECOLIFT is the only relocatable inground lifting system in the world. 

ECO 60

The ECO 60 is a 2 scissor lifting unit with a capacity of 60,000 lbs. The available ranges of horizontal travel for the ECOLIFT moveable lifting units are 10 feet, 13 feet, and 17 feet. This allows service of vehicles from articulated buses to multi-axle trucks.

ECO 90

The ECO 90 is a 3 scissor lifting unit with a capacity of 90,000 lbs. Two of the three scissors are movable, making this lift adaptable to even the longest heavy duty vehicles.

ECO 120

The ECO 120 is the largest and most versatile ECOLIFT, supplied in 4-scissor configuration. Three of the scissors are movable, making this lift excellent for extremely long vehicles such as articulated buses.

Space-Saving Continuous Recess

Utilizing the Continuous Recess® system, the ECOLIFT is designed to accommodate vehicle with extremely low ground clearance. The lifting mechanism can recess below floor level anywhere within the range of travel, restricting the possibility of undercarriage or lift damage caused by striking the lift during vehicle placement.

The pit covers are made from anodized aluminum and are equipped with a skid-resistant surface. The covers are capable of handling a wheel load of over 13,000 lbs and a point load of 7,000 lbs on a 2" square contact area, as would occur, for example, under a support stand leg.

Innovative Design

The covers are driven hydraulically with an inverted rack and pinion system, sliding on a corrosion-resistant, self-cleaning surface. An industry proven control system, with electronic synchronization utilizing realtime feedback, ensure safe and smooth operation.

As standard, the control system includes a provision to restrict maximum height, helping avoid costly collisions between vehicle and workspace ceiling.
