DIAMONDLIFT is available in two, three and four-piston configurations with lifting capacities of up to 35,000 lbs. per piston -- thus 64,000 lbs.- 70,000 lbs. (two pistons) and 96,000 lbs. - 105,000 lbs. (three pistons) and 105,000 lbs. - 140,000 lbs. (four pistons) respectively.
DIAMONDLIFT now comes with the optional Continuous Recess® movable lifting system. The Continuous Recess version with a broad base frame or cassette is recommended for vehicles with low ground clearance, for example, city transit and articulated buses preventing damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle. The movable pistons can recess below floor level anywhere within the travel range.

The DIAMONDLIFT is Stertil-Koni's state-of-the-art high-pressure telescopic piston lift. Optimum flexibility, productivity, durability and safe for the environment. The DIAMONDLIFT is available in a variety of configurations with 2, 3 or 4 piston configurations and two installation models: The DIAMONDLIFT Cassette and the DIAMONDLIFT Frame.
Both models are available in either a two, three or four piston configuration, with 32,000 lbs. or 35,000 lbs. per piston (depending on model), or a total of 140,000 lbs. in the four-piston configuration respectively. The lifting capacity of 30,000 lbs. per piston, makes the DIAMONDLIFT extremely versatile.
The revolutionary ebright Smart Control System combines intuitive ease of use with maximum visual information about the lifting process.
The gravity engaged locking system enables easy service and can be accessed from floor level. All control components and power units are located in the above-ground console to allow easy access for convenient maintenance.
There is a choice between a Standard or a Continuous Recess® version. The Standard DIAMONDLIFT has 1 or 2 pockets. Ideal for vehicles with less extensive undercarriages.

Instead of utilizing traditional rollers which may cause a high point load, the DIAMONDLIFT moveable lifting unit(s) with the aluminum trench-covering system travel on UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) polyethylene slides atop a stainless steel guide which is extremely tough and durable thus maintenance-free.
The Stertil-Koni DIAMONDLIFT is the safest in-ground piston lift available for workshops. The standard gravity engaged locking has increments of 3 inches with 21 locking positions starting from 8 inches at floor level, which makes the inground lift ideal for tire workshops.
The locking system can be used as a parking system. When you lower the lift in the locks it fully carries the vehicle, the pistons are free of pressure and therefore no risk of unexpected lowering.
