Lewis Nelson Named President of Stertil-Koni USA Inc.

STEVENSVILLE, MD, June 16, 2026 – Heavy-duty vehicle lift leader Stertil-Koni USA Inc. announced today that Lewis Nelson has been appointed as the new President of the company.

Lewis brings extensive experience in commercial excellence and industrial solutions. He joins Stertil-Koni from Enerpac Tool Group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a global leader in high-force hydraulics and lifting systems. As the Global Senior Director of Commercial Excellence at Enerpac, Lewis was responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy, which included overseeing sales strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), forecasting, sales performance, operations, technical services, and the Enerpac Academy.

Before his role at Enerpac, Lewis held several progressively senior positions at Fluke Corporation, a Fortive Company. His experience there includes roles such as Product Manager, Sales Engineer, District Sales Manager, Sales Strategy Manager, and ultimately, Director of Commercial Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Marketing.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Lewis is a U.S. Army combat veteran and a former federal intelligence officer. He completed two combat tours in Iraq and three in Afghanistan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Augsburg University, where he competed in NCAA Division III football and javelin in track and field. Lewis later earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Lewis succeeds Scott Steinhardt, who served as President of Stertil-Koni USA Inc. for the past three years and is departing to pursue a new venture in building a family business outside the heavy-duty vehicle lifting industry.
