Stertil-Koni Lifts Elevate Opening of Joliet Transit Center

Stertil-Koni heavy-duty vehicle lifts played an important supporting role when officials from Pace and the City of Joliet, Illinois opened its new transit bus facility.

The recent grand opening ceremony featured attendance by Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, and U.S. Representative Bill Foster. Here is what's special: the new facility provides a centralized boarding location as well as a new service center for an upcoming transit to electric buses.

The recent project was funded in large part by Rebuild Illinois and through federal infrastructure funds. Stertil-Koni is honored to help Pace maximize their uptime.
